Pronet Gaming has partnered with Flows to integrate the supplier’s orchestration and gamification technology across its platform and network of more than 50 operator brands.

Press release.- Flows, igaming’s orchestration platform, has announced Pronet Gaming as its latest customer. The platform provider has selected Flows to power orchestration and gamification across its entire technology stack, deploying it across its network of over 50 operator brands to automate more of its operations and expand what it can deliver.

Pronet Gaming is a global igaming technology provider with a strong focus on Asia, delivering sportsbook, casino, betting exchange, and retail solutions to operators across multiple markets. Its platform is designed to help operators launch, localise, and scale their offerings through flexible, market-ready technology.

Flows will also provide Pronet Gaming with a dedicated gamification layer, opening up new player engagement mechanics, promotional campaigns, and interactive experiences across its platform and brand network.

Through Flows, Pronet Gaming can connect its systems and orchestrate data, decisions, and actions in real time, powering automated workflows and new use cases at scale, including the interactive player experiences unlocked by Flows’ gamification technology. With Flows live across the network, every brand under the Pronet Gaming umbrella benefits from the same speed and flexibility, without needing its own development re

Dan de Souza, VP commercial at Flows, said: “The real value of Flows is giving businesses the freedom to think differently about what they can build next. Pronet Gaming has built its platform around giving operators technology that adapts to their needs, and rolling Flows out across more than 50 brands shows real confidence in what we can do at scale. As a supplier, Pronet Gaming can now connect systems, turn real-time data into action, and execute new ideas without lengthy development projects, including through Flo, our AI layer that lets teams build automations live, by voice or text. That same speed and flexibility now reaches every brand in its network. We see huge potential in what we can build together, and we’re looking forward to helping Pronet Gaming integrate, automate, and accelerate as it continues to expand what it offers its operators.”

Sam Frazer-Bossom, senior commercial lead at Pronet Gaming, said: “Our focus is always on giving our operators the best technology to innovate and deliver stronger player experiences. Adding Flows gives us an orchestration layer that can connect activity across ourplatform, automate more, and help us bring new ideas to life faster without relying on lengthy development cycles. Combined with Flows’ gamification capabilities, we see significant potential in what we can build and deliver for our operators.”
