Euro Games Technology is expanding its reach in the Middle East.

    EGT granted UAE vendor licence

The General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) of the United Arab Emirates has granted Euro Games Technology (EGT) a gaming related vendor licence.

As a result, the supplier is now authorised to offer its portfolio of land-based gaming solutions to licensed operators in the country.

The company stated that the move marks “another important milestone” in its global expansion strategy and further strengthens the company’s presence across regulated gaming markets.

As the UAE establishes its commercial gaming framework, the region is attracting growing interest from leading international suppliers and operators, setting high standards for compliance, integrity and responsible industry development.

    Expansion into the Middle East

“The UAE represents one of the most closely watched emerging gaming jurisdictions worldwide,” said Nadia Popova, chief revenue officer and vice president of sales and marketing at EGT. “Receiving this licence reflects EGT’s longstanding commitment to regulatory compliance, product quality and responsible business practices.

“It also enables us to participate in a market with significant long-term potential, where we believe our technology, manufacturing expertise and customer-focused approach can deliver real value to future licensed operator partners.

“We wish to thank the team at the GCGRA for its professionalism throughout and our lawyers WH Partners for their invaluable support in guiding us through the licensing process.”

EGT continues to expand its international footprint with products installed in more than 100 countries worldwide.

In August, the Imperius Casino in El Salvadore opened featuring a selection of EGT land-based titles.
