Rumer Willis‘ custody battle isn’t over.
The House Bunny actress filed an emergency request seeking to keep her ex Derek Richard Thomas‘ visits with their daughter Louetta, 3, supervised, according to legal documents obtained by E! News.
Willis is also asking that the judge bar Thomas from having overnight visits with Louetta until a hearing is held, the docs showed.
Willis alleged in her request that Thomas has repeatedly violated custody orders and has made “unsafe decisions” with their daughter. She also alleged that her ex—who she dated for about two years—only completed five and a half of his supervised visits with their daughter, which began on June 20, due to disputes with the supervising nannies assigned by the court, according to the docs.
The eldest daughter of Bruce Willisand Demi Moore claimed that the issues began after the nanny that was originally assigned to supervise Thomas’ visits with Louetta had to stop working due to health issues and that Thomas has refused to accept a replacement nanny. At one point, she alleges, he wouldn’t allow a court-ordered supervisor into his home.
E! News has reached out to Thomas and Willis for comment and has yet to hear back.

Willis, 38, alleged that in another instance, Thomas left their daughter with the supervising nanny at a Fourth of July parade and later refused to let her into an AirBnB he was staying in at the time, documents show.
The following day, her request alleged, the musician refused a visit with Louetta because it was with a nanny who wasn’t specified in the court-ordered custody agreement.
Willis also claimed that Thomas’ “unsafe decisions” were demonstrated by an alleged incident in which he chose to walk two and a half miles in extreme heat with Louetta instead of taking a car, which allegedly involved him trying to cross a five-lane highway with a 55-mph speed limit.
The 90210 alum had been granted primary physical custody of their daughter back in June, with a judge ordering both Willis and Thomas at the time to undergo a custody evaluation. The judge’s June ruling planned for Thomas’ monitored visits to transition to overnight unmonitored visits this month, which Willis is now asking to be pushed back, per court documents.
Thomas appeared to be content with the arrangement at the time.
“Mr. Thomas is very pleased with the interim determination by the court on the custody issues,” his attorney Mike Kretzmer said in a statement to People in June. “Judge White was properly focused on the issues at hand and carefully weighed the evidence presented. We are pleased that the Court established a custody and visitation order that provides Mr. Thomas with a solid and meaningful opportunity to restore and grow his relationship with his daughter Louetta.”
“We look forward to presenting further evidence that Mr. Thomas is a loving, devoted and committed father to Loretta when the court again hears this case,” the statement continued. “As I previously said, Mr. Thomas will try issues pertaining to custody of Louetta in court and will not distort matters by trying this case in the press.”
