For the third time in a little more than a year, Sacramento’s City Council has taken action on a new round of proposed Entertainment Zones in the city where people can drink alcohol outdoors during special events.
San Diego’s new geofence blocks Uber and Lyft pickups on Fifth Avenue between 10 p.m. and 3 a.m. on weekends, forcing riders to walk to 1 of 14 designated pickup spots.
