Eddie Murphy is set to return to TV for the first time since the ’80s. On Thursday, producers at Peacock announced that the actor-comedian is to headline a new drama series, The Chairman.

The 60-year-old co-creator of the beloved musical series, which originally aired from 2009 to 2015, has given a massive update on a potential return after working on a script with Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan.
