Following itsfirst round of announcementsearlier this week,Yen Pressannounced that it has acquired nine additional manga and light novel series during its industry panel at Anime NYC 2026. 

Tokyopophas announced the license acquisition of nine new manga and manhwa series during its panel at Anime NYC 2026, includingMagic SoupandFirst Love Begins With the Second Kiss. Several of the new titles will be released under the LoveLove imprint. 

Kodansha USAhas announced the license acquisition of the horror mangaTrapped on Tape!, as well as an omnibus print release ofHajime no Ippo: Fighting Spirit!and several Kodansha Print Club additions. The announcements were unveiled at the publisher’s industry panel during Anime NYC 2026. 

Omoiannounced during its industry panel at Anime NYC 2026 that it has licensed theLove Is the Sweetest Journeymanga series, as well as several manga additions from Titan Manga and a print release ofA Snow Fox at the Northern Fort. 

Abrams ComicArts manga imprintKanahas announced the license acquisition of six new manga series slated for release in 2027, includingPumpkin NightandChildren of the Afterlife. 

Manga Mavericks Bookshas announced the license acquisition of twonew manga titlesduring its panel at Anime NYC 2026, consisting ofMidnight RobotandArai-kun& Haruma-Senpai. 

Dark Horse Comics’Dark Horse Mangaimprint has announced the license acquisition oftwo new manga series, as well as an upcoming release of an originalVampire Hunter Dcomic series. The announcements were made during Dark Horse Manga’s industry panel at this year’s Anime NYC.
