God of War: Laufey has officially been given a release date — and fans will be glad to hear that it’s not too far off.

The God of War Laufey panel at San Diego Comic-Con was full of huge announcements, including Cory Barlog taking the stage to announce that another new God of War game is being planned as a follow up to 2027’s God of War Laufey.

IGN’s live reporting of San Diego Comic-Con 2026 continued with the God of War Laufey panel, and there were plenty of announcements!
