Epic Games has confirmed that Sonic, Persona 5, and other major gaming crossovers are coming to Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4. The new FortniteOverride trailer confirms previous leaks that the upcoming season will feature a Gaming Legends theme when it launches on August 20.

Fortnite’s Chapter 7 Season 4 is almost upon us, with the newly titled Override set to arrive on August 20 bringing with it the return of a platforming 00s legend.

The Fortnite Reload map rotation has been brought back on August 10 after being temporarily disabled following player backlash. As a result, The Simpsons Springfield map is no longer available 24 hours a day and can now only be played during the final 20 minutes of every hour.

Fortnite is edging towards another major seasonal transition, and a big Story Event is lined-up ahead of the move into Chapter 7 Season 4.
