Mexican-American actor Danny Trejo (Machete, Spy Kids) has found himself in controversy after starring in a pro-ICE movie that is produced by Ben Shapiro’s conservative media company, Daily Wire.

Danny Trejo’s son says his father got more than he bargained for when he signed onto a Ben Shapiro-backed movie about ICE. According to Gilbert Trejo, the 82-year-old actor had no idea who Shapiro was, didn’t learn about his involvement until filming was underway, and now faces a lawsuit if he walks away.
