Roblox Corporation(NYSE:RBLX) shares are trading lower Monday after Jefferies downgraded the stock to Underperform from Hold, arguing its 30% rally since second-quarter results reflects overly optimistic expectations for bookings over the next 12 months.

Roblox stock weighed USD 1.576 billion to USD 1.653 billion in Q3 bookings guidance against a weaker growth outlook, while the shares stood at USD 48.83 on the NYSE on September 24, 2026. The price was down 0.33 percent from the prior session and remained 65.61 percent below its 52-week high of USD 142.00.

Roblox guided third-quarter bookings to $1.576 billion to $1.653 billion, a decline of 14% to 18% from a year ago.
