Marvel and Webtoon have announced the launch of the new Marvel Comics app, a digital comics platform that will include titles from Marvel, Star Wars, and 20th Century Studios. The app, built and operated by Webtoon, will replace the Marvel Unlimited app, which is the publisher’s current digital platform.

Sphere Entertainment (SPHR) shares sank 12% on Monday after Craig-Hallum analyst Ryan Sigdahl downgraded the stock from Buy to Hold before the open and cut his price target from $170 to $132. (Which, to be clear, is still higher than the stock’s price beforetoday’s fall. But I digress.)
