Arjun Rampal marries long-time partner Gabriella Demetriades in Goa

Arjun Rampal and Gabriella Demetriades are now officially married. The couple registered their marriage at the Sub-Registrar’s office in Mapusa, Goa, in the presence of close friends. The couple, who have been together since 2018, are parents to two sons and had announced their engagement last year.

According to PTI, the couple completed the formalities at the Sub-Registrar’s office in Mapusa, North Goa, in the presence of close friends. The couple had obtained special permission from the Assistant Public Prosecutor of the local court to condone the 15-day waiting period required between the first and second signatures under local law.
Sub-Registrar Suraj Vernekar said the marriage was registered under Goa’s Uniform Civil Code. Arjun and Gabriella arrived at the office around 4 pm and were dressed casually for the occasion.

The actor tied the knot with model Mehr Jesia in 1998. The couple has been blessed with two daughters, Mahikaa and Myra. However, after being married for two decades, the two decided to go their separate ways in 2018. Sometime later, Arjun introduced his girlfriend, Gabriella. They are now parents to two sons. If the reports are to be believed, they started dating in 2018 and welcomed their first son, Arik, in 2019. This was followed by the arrival of their second son, Ariv, in 2023.
In December last year, Arjun confirmed his engagement to Gabriella during the couple’s appearance on actress Rhea Chakraborty’s podcast. Speaking candidly to Rhea, Gabriella was heard saying, “We are not married now, but who knows?” To this, Arjun made a shocking announcement, saying, “We are engaged… We just broke it on your show.”
Opening up about their love story, Gabriella had quipped that she did not approach Arjun because he was really hot. Rampal reacted honestly and said, “No, no. I went after her because she was hot. Then I realised there is a little more to it than just the hotness.”
Professionally, Arjun recently garnered a lot of praise for his portrayal of Major Iqbal in Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar franchise. He will next be seen headlining Amazon MX Player’s Billionaire. Directed by Hansal Mehta, Billionaire chronicles the rise of a powerful business magnate against the backdrop of a changing India.
