IOS Sports & Entertainment has signed seven Indian athletes across boxing, judo and para-sports. The roster includes boxers Priya Ghanghas, Arundhati Choudhary, Jadumani Singh and Ankush Panghal, judoka Asmita Dey, para-athlete Sharmila Dhankar and para-javelin thrower Navdeep Singh.

The latest additions further strengthen IOS’s impressive athlete portfolio and underline its commitment to nurturing and representing India’s sporting talent across Olympic, para and non-cricket disciplines.

The signings come at a significant moment for the athletes, with the group making a strong impact on the international sporting stage. The athletes collectively secured six medals at the 2026 Commonwealth Games, including gold medals for Priya Ghanghas, Arundhati Choudhary, Asmita Dey, Sharmila Dhankar and Ankush Panghal, while Jadumani Singh claimed silver. Their recent performances further underline the growing depth and quality of India’s sporting talent across disciplines.

Priya Ghanghas has emerged as one of the brightest young names in Indian boxing. The 20-year-old boxer won the women’s 60kg gold medal at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, defeating Canada’s Marie-Bathoul Al-Ahmadieh in the final. Earlier this year, she also won gold at the Asian Boxing Championships in Ulaanbaatar, establishing herself as a major force in the 60kg category.

Arundhati Choudhary also enjoyed a breakthrough 2026, winning gold in the women’s 70kg category at the Commonwealth Games. The Rajasthan boxer had already announced herself at the senior international level with a gold medal at the 2025 World Boxing Cup Finals, following a strong comeback from injury. Her Commonwealth Games triumph further cemented her position among India’s leading women boxers.

Jadumani Singh Mandengbam capped an impressive Commonwealth Games debut by winning silver in the men’s 55kg boxing category. The Manipuri boxer had previously reached the semifinals of the 2025 World Boxing Cup in Brazil and earned his place at Glasgow 2026 following a commanding performance at the national trials.

Ankush Panghal made a memorable Commonwealth Games debut in Glasgow, winning gold in the men’s 80kg boxing category. The 22-year-old produced a remarkable comeback in the final against England’s Dimeji Shittu, overcoming a difficult opening round to secure a 4-1 victory and claim the Commonwealth Games title.

In judo, Asmita Dey created history at Glasgow 2026 by becoming the first Indian judoka to win a Commonwealth Games gold medal. Competing in the women’s 48kg category, Dey defeated Canada’s Heidi Quach in a dramatic Golden Score final. The historic achievement capped a strong international run that has included a gold at the 2025 Casablanca African Open and a fifth-place finish at the 2026 Asian Senior Championships.

Para-athlete Sharmila Dhankar also scripted history at the Commonwealth Games, winning gold in the women’s F57 shot put with a season–best throw of 9.81m. Her victory ended India’s 20-year wait for a Commonwealth Games medal in para-athletics and made her the country’s first-ever Commonwealth Games gold medallist in the discipline.

Navdeep Singh, one of India’s leading para-athletes, brings a wealth of international experience to the IOS roster. The F41 javelin thrower is the reigning Paralympic champion, having won gold at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. He has continued to compete at the highest level in 2026, featuring prominently on the World Para Athletics circuit as he builds towards the upcoming Asian Para Games and other major international competitions.

Rahul Trehan, Chief Operating Officer, IOS Sports & Entertainment, said, “We are delighted to welcome Priya, Arundhati, Asmita, Jadumani, Ankush, Sharmila and Navdeep to the IOS family. What makes them special is not just their medals, but the resilience and determination behind them. From overcoming injuries to breaking new ground in para-sport and rising to the very top of their disciplines, each athlete has a story of perseverance. At IOS, we want to build on that spirit by creating long-term careers, meaningful partnerships and strong personal brands, while supporting them in achieving even greater milestones.”

With the addition of the seven athletes, IOS further strengthens a roster that features some of India’s most celebrated sporting personalities. The agency’s existing athlete portfolio includes names such as Vijender Singh, Anju Bobby George, Mirabai Chanu, Lovlina Borgohain, Manpreet Singh, Manika Batra, Hardik Singh, Sumit Antil, Nishad Kumar and Nitesh Kumar, among others.
