    Gisele Bündchen is walking the walk when it comes to motherhood.

    Indeed, the supermodel shared insight into the healthy habits she’s already started passing down to her and husband Joaquim Valente‘s 17-month-old son.

    “It’s so sweet to see how little they are when they start watching and emulating what we do,” Bündchen captioned an Aug. 8 <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DbyQlcdxIwy/?igsh=cXM5cnU1YjU4dnJv” rel=”nofollow noopener” target=”_blank”>Instagram post featuring a photo of herself working out with her little guy. “They’re learning from us even when we don’t realize it.”

    In the adorable pic, the 46-year-old—sporting pink running shorts and a leopard print bikini top—proved she can get a good workout in just about anywhere as she got her sweat on alongside her toddler on a boat deck.

    While Bündchen balanced her hands on a pair of dumbbells as she did a few kick-backs with an exercise band around her legs, her little guy—wearing camo pants and a cream top—learned from the <a href="https://comicvibe.com/the-best-rts-real/” title=”The Best RTS (Real”>best as he mimicked the move in front of her.

    “Moments like this remind me that my actions matter more than what I say, because so much of who they’re becoming is shaped by the example they see every day,” she added. “What a gift and a beautiful responsibility it is to be a mom.”

    And it’s no secret The Devil Wears Pradaalum—also mom to kids Benjamin, 16 and Vi chapter. After her whirlwind year, Bündchen expressed her excitement for what lies ahead as she celebrated her 46th birthday with her toddler by her side

    “Thank you all for the love and birthday wishes,” Bündchen captioned a July 22 Instagram post featuring a sweet snap of her youngest son reaching for her birthday balloons. “I feel so grateful for this new cycle that is beginning and for all the adventures that lie ahead. May the love and kindness you share return to each of you a thousandfold.”

    But no matter what this next year brings, she’s just happy to do it by Valente’s side.

    “Thank you for leading by example,” Bündchen—who married the jiu-jitsu instructor in December 2025—captioned a June 21 Instagram post featuring family photos with Valente, “and for the values you embody, love, humility, integrity, discipline, kindness and consistency.”

    “You are an incredible role model,” she added. “We are all so grateful for you, and we love you so much.”
