Miranda Kerr uses high-tech skincare to keep her skin glowing.

The 43-year-old model has a collection of red-light therapy devices and a laser mat for her beauty routine.

On the latest episode of Let’s Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari, Miranda said: “I love it, it’s something I have been into for a while! I have red lights and a laser mat for my body, I have it all going on!”

In a hilarious blunder, she initially used the devices without stripping off completely before realising she got better results when she used them in the buff.

Miranda joked: “I didn’t realise you are really meant to be in it naked! You are not supposed to be in it in your pyjamas!”

The ex-Victoria’s Secret Angel prioritises healthy skin above everything else in her beauty routine.

She said: “At 43, I am looking at all these things. At the end of the day, having healthy skin is the most beautiful thing.”

Miranda’s skincare routine got simpler after she had her children – son Flynn, 15, with her 49-year-old actor ex-husband actor Orlando Bloom, and sons Hart, eight, Myles, six, and Pierre, two, with her 36-year-old spouse, Snapchat CEO and co-founder Evan Spiegel.

In November 2021, the Kora Organics founder told Byrdie.com: “I wish I had started some things sooner, like sunscreen daily and microcurrent facials. My routine changed when I had kids – I have less time, so I need to use powerful and efficient products that work and are simple to use.”

Miranda insisted that, at the least, she cannot go to bed without having cleaned her face.

Asked what the best skincare tip she has ever received is, she replied: “Never go to sleep without washing your face.”

Miranda also revealed the one hero product from her own brand that leaves her skin glowing all day is their sustainable Turmeric Glow Moisturiser.

She added: “The one product that has made the biggest difference for my skin is our Turmeric Glow Moisturizer. This is the creme de la creme of face creams that I use morning and night.

“I love how it makes my skin glow all day and night, and it looks beautiful underneath make-up. My skin feels so hydrated and plump.

“It’s a super nourishing, brightening, and anti-aging moisturiser all-in-one for all skin types – even break-out-prone skin. It’s rich and creamy and melts into your skin.

“The packaging is so stunning but also sustainable with refillable pods and a beautiful glass jar. This cream brings radiance into your life and your skin!”
