“Had a little health scare yesterday,” Chelsea wrote in an Aug. 6 Instagram Story, alongside a photo of her hospital bracelet. “But thankfully I’m home and doing OK. So grateful for the amazing EMTs, nurses, and doctors who took care of me.”
Chelsea—mom to four kids with Freddie—used her health crisis as an opportunity for a PSA.
“A good reminder that health really is everything,” the 35-year-old continued. “If something feels off, getting it checked out is always the right choice. Taking it easy for a few days.”

Chelsea’s health scare comes just over three months after she and Freddie welcomed their fourth baby, daughterLondon Rosemary Joy.
“Three weeks early…just so we’d always share a birthday week,” Chelsea—who celebrated her 35th birthday in April—mused in an Instagram post at the time where she cradled her newborn. “The greatest gift I ever asked for.”
