Keke Palmer Wore Tiny Tops at Comic-Con

Keke Palmer, one of the most charismatic people alive, popped up at <a href="https://comicvibe.com/the-8-winners-and-4-losers-of-san-diego-comic/” title=”The 8 Winners and 4 Losers of San Diego Comic”>Comic-Con a couple times this weekend. First, she wore a tiny vest that’s basically doubling as a bra, and so help me, I think it’s kind of cute on her?? Crop tops and bra tops typically are not my thing, and objectively this is probably very silly, but I appreciate it for not being an ACTUAL bra. At least it’s different. Also, I wore a vest the other day and it felt like getting back in touch with my own inner Brenda Walsh. Mine was not cropped, granted, but maybe that gave me a kinship with this outfit on some cellular level. Maybe we are all seeking our inner Brenda, even if this is maybe… Brenda via Donna.

This IS a bit more like a regular bra:

Although, I think it’s a bra with sleeves, which I suppose makes it — wait for it — a shirt. Revolutionary! The polka-dots are working overtime to sell this and are doing a surprisingly good job as well. I may not love it or fawn over it, but I am still at least partially charmed. Again, perhaps this is for unrelated reasons. Because at THIS panel, I learned that Keke Palmer has been cast in Spaceballs: The New One. WHY DID NO ONE TELL ME. And if I already knew it, WHY DID I UNKNOW IT. I am deeply excited for this sequel because I can recite the first movie nearly from memory, and in fact have a VIVID memory of a guy in my class enthusiastically cracking up as he explained at least half the jokes to me before I ever watched it myself. This reminds me a lot of how the beans are with me now, so it’s become a very fond memory. I am thrilled Keke is joining the Spaceballs Extended Universe, which they parodied at the panel. I’m pretty excited for Spaceballs: Enough Is Enough in 2039, followed in 2040 by Spaceballs: Enough Is NEVER Enough. Phase Six also promises Spaceballs: The Lawsuit, Spaceballs: The Apology, Spaceballs: The Retraction, and Spaceballs: The Apology for the Retraction.

None of which would be complete without our lord and master:

Rick Moranis is BACK and HELMETTER THAN EVER. I can’t believe we have to wait until April.
