Snookiis gearing up for a pivotal part of her cancer journey.

Five months after theJersey Shorealum (real nameNicole Polizzi) shared she had been diagnosed with stage one cervical cancer, she shared an update ahead of her hysterectomy.

“So, I last left off with you guys saying that I was diagnosed with stage one cervical cancer and then I didn’t tell you what happened next,” Snooki said in a recent TikTok. “I’ve been so busy traveling and doing all the things but now it’s game time. It’s happening soon.”

Indeed, the 38-year-old—mom toLorenzo, 13,Giovanna, 11, andAngelo, 7, with husbandJionni LaValle—detailed her recent PET scan which confirmed next steps in her cancer treatment.

“So, I get there and they put me in the room, like get me ready,” Snooki continued. “I get there and the nurse comes in with a big suitcase. I had no idea they inject you with radioactive material. So, she opens this suitcase and gets this big ass needle out and I’m like, ‘F–k me.’ I hate needles.”

But Snooki admitted, “At this point it’s like, ‘Just do it.’ Whatever.”

Despite the stressful experience itself, Snooki shared that her PET scan confirmed her cancer had not spread—and she was surprised to have a bit of needed alone time after the procedure.

“It didn’t spread but then she’s like, ‘Do you have kids?’ You can’t be by your kids for the rest of the day,” Snooki recalled. “Make sure you don’t sleep with them. So I was basically a walking Chernobyl for the rest of the day.”

Nevertheless, Snooki noted, “I kind of had alone time which, you know, not bad.”

And now, theJersey Shore: Family Vacationstar is gearing up for her hysterectomy, noting she had just gone in for blood work and an EKG.

“My surgery is very soon,” she added. “I’m trying not to think about it or freak out. But like, I’m losing an organ. Right, it’s an organ? Your uterus, cervix thing? Yeah. OK.”

Throughout her cancer journey—which she first revealed in February—Snooki emphasized her gratitude for her followers and fans who have shown support.

“I appreciate your love and support and concern for me,” Snooki noted. “It makes me feel loved and it’s helping me through this and all of your advice and what you’re going through. I know a lot of you women are going through this with me so I love that we have each other to just talk to each other about all the s–t.”

Snooki concluded, “I love you and the next update video will be my hysterectomy.”
