The latest trailer for Batman: Knightfall Part Isees the Dark Knight worn down as he attempts to foil Bane’s plan to break him
The Batman franchise is on a roll thanks to a huge catalogue of captivating stories. With Part II of Matt Reeves’ adaptation facing an enduring set of delays, DC Studios thankfully has enough in the tank to keep fans engaged. This time, the comic book creatives unleash the Knightfall Saga, with Part I of the story set for a digital and Blu-ray release. However, we’re holding out for a theatrical run, too.
The Plot
Directed by Jeff Wamester and the Caped Crusader is voiced by Anson Mount, with Michael Mando — who will also play Scorpion in Spider-Man: Brand New Day — taking on the voice of the iconic villain Bane
The story focuses on Bane, who learns the vigilante’s identity and hopes to wear him down by unleashing Arkham’s inmates, pushing the Dark Knight to his limits before ultimately breaking him, both physically and mentally, with the help of the venom-enhanced villain.
