As part of the Pikmin Day festivities, Nintendo Switch Online has added in new icons based on the franchise. These can be redeemed on Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch.
Characters, backgrounds, and frames are all available. With each character, they cost 10 Platinum Points on My Nintendo. Everything else is 5 Platinum Points.
As a reminder, once you redeem points for an icon, it’ll always be yours to keep. They’ll never leave your account – even if your Nintendo Switch Online membership ends.
New icons will be made available on a weekly basis – that’s every Saturday in North America and Sunday in Europe. The Pikmin designs will then go away on November 28, 2026.
Don’t forget that earlier in the day, Nintendo released the Pikmin Day Direct.
