Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause and partner G Flip have split.
The former Netflix reality star told followers on Monday that she had “a pretty humbling” update to share, taking a deep breath before revealing that she and G Flip were “no longer together” after more than four years together.
“We have agreed to treat this public separation with love and respect for each other,” Stause continued. “That’s not hard for me because I am in love with this person and I don’t have all the information or the reasons. I’m sure — just like always — with time, you get the lessons you’re meant to get.”
The one-time soap star told followers that she hopes to “heal” and knows things “will be fine,” but she wanted to share the news publicly because of the “loving” reaction to their relationship. “I’m definitely never doing this again,” Stause added, attempting to bring some levity to the situation. (It’s unclear if she was referring to a public romance or breakup video.)
“I don’t know what else to say, you guys, I feel like a little bit of a failure. There’s nothing you can say about me that would be worse than what I say to myself,” Stause said, wiping away tears. “I just have to, kind of, heal and figure this out.”
Stause confirmed her relationship with G Flip when appearing in the Australian singer’s “GET ME OUTTA HERE” music video in 2022. They tied the knot in May 2023, with Stause announcing the news on Instagram. “Love doesn’t always go as planned,” she wrote at the time. “Sometimes it’s immeasurably better.” (A legal marriage certificate was never publicly reported.)
Stause was previously married to Justin Hartley for two years until their split in 2019. She also had a brief romance with former Selling Sunset boss Jason Oppenheim.
“It’s hard. It’s painful. I’m a lover girl. I swing big. I miss,” Stause continued on Monday. “Maybe you don’t miss, maybe these are the life and seasons you’re meant to have with people.”

Stause said she had an “amazing” time during her relationship with G Flip, reiterating that their relaitonship can’t be considered “a miss” in her life. “It’s just coming to terms with it being a different ending than you imagined,” she added. As she concluded, Stause said she just wanted to give fans a “life update” with this video.
“I don’t know what I hope for myself. It’s really hard and stressful to share this information because I’m, kind of, going through it,” Stause said. “I will love G and I don’t ever really see that changing. This sucks but everyone deserves to be happy and I wish that for both of us.”
