Supernatural announced it will soon be launching with new features in Early Access on the Quest store, as the newly independent team of 15 people continue to build out the full experience.
According to Supernatural, Early Access users can expect to find “thousands of workouts from day one, including your favorites, remastered, with brand-new workouts dropping every week.” Also they say there will be new environments included, with new “higher-definition” environments expected in the future.
In a move sure to please their existing users, Supernatural says users will be able to “bring your Supernatural history with you, including points, streaks, favorites, and badges.” This is a major win for the Supernatural user community, and has been a concern of users who have amassed streaks and points totals that they use as a measure of their personal progress.
In a new development, Supernatural will offer in-game collectibles. They say Founding Members will receive “…your Founding Member custom bat from day one, with more Founding Member rewards dropping regularly over the coming weeks.” This is a new level of customization for Supernatural, which previously had a single type of bat and boxing glove for all users.
Supernatural says that they are working on many future enhancements, including music licensing deals, a new multi-player workout mode, and a new mobile app to “track your progress and heart rate, and stay connected on the go”.
Early Access will be launching “soon” and will be open to everyone, regardless of Founding Member status. However, those users who register as a Founding Member prior to the Early Access launch will secure their discounted first-year rate, plus the new digital collectibles. Once Early Access launches, Founding memberships will no longer be available
As Supernatural was put into maintenance mode by Meta in January 2026, after being acquired in 2023. Coaches and staff were laid off, and no new content was to be produced, though users could use the existing workout library
In June 2026 it was announced that Supernatural would re-launch as part of a new, independent company called Supernatural Health, with all of the existing coaches and some of the previous design talent joining the new venture.
The app is available on the Meta Quest store, with the subscription for content available for $20 per month or $200 per year ($180 for Founding members’ first year).
