Steve Foxe is known for horror-tinged work, including co-creating Razorblades: The Horror Magazine with James Tynion IV, editing titles such as The Department of Truth and W0RLDTR33, and recent Marvel projects like Dark X-Menand brings a background in both superhero storytelling and creature-focused terror. Riccardo Federici, whose painterly, highly detailed approach has defined runs on The Last God, Aquaman, and more, is handling the full art. Hehas previously produced Swamp Thing imagery, including statue designs. It arrives in the wake of the recent publication of the long-delayed Swamp Thing 1989 material, which restored Rick Veitch‘s unfinished late-1980s arc and reintroduced the character to readers interested in metaphysical and historical-horror takes.
