The Battle of New York is in the Big Apple

New York Comic Con 2026 officially kicked off today, with the pop culture event the ideal place to showcase the recently-revealedLEGO67006 The Marvel Skyline.

The first LEGO Marvel set of 2027 has been unveiled today, with67006 The Marvel Skyline scheduled for release on January 1. Ahead of the superhero set’s arrival, the up<a href="https://comicvibe.com/the-best-anime-coming-to-crunchyroll-this-fall-2026-anime-season/” title=”The Best Anime Coming To Crunchyroll This Fall 2026 Anime Season”>coming model has appeared at New York Comic Con, with this year’s pop culture showcase currently in full swing in the Big Apple.

A selection of official images for67006 The Marvel Skyline have already dropped, but Instagram user its.firebird has also managed to take a closer look at the LEGO Marvel build to reveal how the set comes across in person.

The video reveals that 67006 The Marvel Skyline is on display at the Marvel booth for visitors to New York Comic Con 2026 to inspect, although the 1,261-piece model is locked away in a case, so it doesn’t look like any hands-on time will be permitted at the event.

There are a couple of close-up shots of the very impressive (and first-ever) Galactus minifigure, as well as new angles of details from the LEGO Marvel set, such as the Spider-Man and Human Torch microfigures, plus the model’s many familiar MCU locations. 

67006 The Marvel Skyline is due to launch on January 1, 2027, with the LEGO Marvel set priced at £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99 and available to pre-order in advance now.
