The American League Division <a href="https://comicvibe.com/roku-announces-new-battle-of-the-streaming-stars-series/” title=”Roku Announces New “Battle of the Streaming Stars” Series”>Series between the Cleveland Guardians and Chicago White Sox looks about as even as it gets.
The AL Central rivals were almost dead-even in their regular-season matchups, with Chicago holding a 7-6 edge and the teams finishing wth a differential of just one run across those games.
While the Guardians ended up taking the division crown and getting a bit of extra rest, that may not be a good thing here. The White Sox are coming in hot after sweeping their Wild Card series in Houston and will feel good about maintaining that momentum after winning their first postseason series since their 2005 championship run.
Cleveland may have been cooling its heels for a few days but the Guardians played their best ball of the season in crunch time, going 24-11 from Aug. 20 on. It should help that the postseason is familiar territory to most of the roster as Cleveland makes its fourth playoff appearance in five years.
This best-of-five set should be a good one. Here’s when and where to tune in to every game.
