CORUS ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCES AMENDMENT TO CREDIT FACILITY

TORONTO, October 1, <a href="https://comicvibe.com/complexcon-2026-all-the-booths-we-want-to-hit-at-its-10th-anniversary/” title=”ComplexCon 2026: All the Booths We Want to Hit at Its 10th Anniversary”>2026 /CNW/ — Corus Entertainment Inc. (“Corus” or the “Company”) (TSX: CJR.B) announced today that it has completed a second amending agreement (the “Amendment”) to the Company’s Eighth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of March 21, 2025, as amended by the first amending agreement dated as of October 29, 2025, and as otherwise modified, amended, or supplemented from time to time prior to the date hereof (the “Credit Facility”). As part of a prudent liquidity management strategy, the Amendment increases the maximum amount the Company may request as an advance on a “revolving” basis from $125 million to $155 million. All terms are as defined in the Credit Facility and amendments thereto.
