Com2uS has announced that its survival action RPG Gachiakuta: Breakout will launch in 2027 for PS5, Xbox, and PC (Steam).

Com2uS announced that its upcoming console and PC game based on the globally recognized anime Gachiakuta will be titled GACHIAKUTA: BREAKOUT and unveiled the game’s first gameplay trailer at the TGS 2026 Xbox Showcase.
Previously introduced under the working title GACHIAKUTA: The Game, the game’s official title, GACHIAKUTA: BREAKOUT, was revealed during the showcase, alongside the first look at actual combat gameplay.
GACHIAKUTA: BREAKOUT is a survival action RPG based on the anime Gachiakuta. The game is currently in development for consoles and PC, combining cartoon-style visuals, the anime’s distinctive art style, and dynamic combat featuring its unique cast of characters.
The newly released trailer highlights the meaning behind “BREAKOUT,” portraying a journey of pushing beyond limits and forging ahead through danger.
The footage features key characters including Rudo, Enjin, Zanka, and Riyo, each demonstrating distinct weapons and fighting styles. The trailer also reveals a boss battle against Jabber, with players taking direct control of Zanka to dodge Jabber’s relentless attacks and capitalize on openings, showcasing a combat system that demands quick decision-making and aggressive action.
Alongside the trailer, Com2uS has launched the official GACHIAKUTA: BREAKOUT brand website, where visitors can view the official logo, the first gameplay trailer, and additional information about the game.
GACHIAKUTA: BREAKOUT is scheduled for global release in 2027 on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Steam. Further development updates and game information will be shared through the official brand website, social media channels, and YouTube channel.
