Every New Game & Game Update Announced For Meta VR Glasses

Several new games are coming to Meta VR Glasses as early as spring 2027, alongside major updates to existing games.

The big announcement at Meta Connect 2026 is the spring 2027 release of Meta VR Glasses, a new VR device in a comfortable glasses form factor that Meta describes as “a cinema, workspace, and console in one.” And from a gaming perspective, Meta’s new device seems promising.

Meta VR Glasses runs the same OS as Quest, and every Quest game will be playable on Meta VR Glasses. The primary SKU doesn’t come with controllers, but bundles will be sold with controllers through some retail channels, and it works with Meta’s Touch Plus controllers (which can be also purchased separately).

A slew of new games and updates for existing ones was announced alongside the hardware reveal. Here are all of the newly announced games coming to Meta’s next VR device:

Beat Saber: Fluxis the biggest update ever released for one of the most popular VR games ever made. It brings a new hand-tracking game mode to Beat Saber, allowing the entire game to be playable without controllers. Beat Saber: Flux launches with 35 songs, and optional controller support. The update also revises the game’s campaign and progression and rewards systems, adding earnable sabers, notes, and profile badges.

Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies VR is a VR adaptation of Capcom’s long-running series. Dual Destinies VR puts players in the shoes of the titular Ace Attorneys Phoenix Wright, Apollo Justice, and Athena Cykes, through whom you’ll investigate immersive 3D crime scenes, build your case, and then take it to court. Hand-tracking gestures will allow you to present evidence, point at witnesses to catch them in lies, and voice-activation will hear when you shout “Objection!!” Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies VR is coming in 2027 to Meta VR Glasses and to Meta Quest.

Tetris Effect: Mixed Realities is a hand-controlled, room-aware mixed reality version of Tetris Effect. Coming in 2027, Tetris Effect: Mixed Realities makes ample use of Meta VR Glasses’ more interesting features, using the geometry of your room, lighting, visual effects, and passthrough camera to transform the world around you as you engage with no-controllers-required Tetris. It’s coming in 2027.

Two Point Hospital VR is a VR re-imagining of the award-winning hospital sim game. You’ll build your hospital, treat patients, make money, and cure strange diseases. The game features an intuitive advanced hand-tracking interface on Meta VR Glasses, and it’s coming to Quest 3 and 3S, too.

Dragon Groveis a charming and cozy hand-tracking VR puzzle game in which you partner with dragons to solve 3D matching puzzles. Designed for Meta VR Glasses and launching alongside the new device, Dragon Grove prioritizes hand-tracked interactions with the game’s puzzles, dragons, and world. It’s launching on Meta Quest 3 and 3S as well, where it will be fully playable without controllers.

Story of Seasons – Your Wonderful Life is a cozy farm management game coming to Meta VR Glasses, Quest 3, and 3S.

Cardmada is a pirate-themed card battle game coming to Meta VR Glasses, Quest 3, and 3S.

Dice Throne Digital is a free-to-play digital tabletop card game coming to Meta VR Glasses, Quest 3, and 3S. It will be cross-play compatible with the mobile and PC versions, too.

In addition to the newly announced games, Meta Connect 2026 brings news of upcoming game updates, release dates, and more. Here are those details:

PAYDAY: Aces High is getting an open playtest on Quest 3 and 3S on October 19. Joining the playtest will reward players with an exclusive in-game mask.

Supernatural, the popular fitness app which Meta previously owned, developed, and from which it recently divested, is re-launching under independent ownership this fall, and it will be a day-one title on Meta VR Glasses.

The announcement comes during a busy period for VR enthusiasts. Valve has finally released their Steam Frame, a gaming and streaming-first VR headset that works with your Steam library and is capable of running standalone games, and which has just begun arriving in the hands of early buyers. Steam Frame costs $1059 for the 256GB model and $1299 for the 1TB model.

Meta VR Glasses are set to launch in spring 2027 with an MSRP of $1299.
