Netflix’s hit reality dating series “Love Is Blind” will pack up its pods and head to New England for its next social experiment, officially announcing a Boston season set to debut on Oct. 14, 2026.
The streaming platform confirmed the release date in an Instagram post on Wednesday, teasing the show’s 11th season with the caption: “Boston’s never seen this much tea.”
The post generated an immediate surge of online engagement, racking up more than 73,200 likes and 1,100 comments within five hours of being posted, according to the social media platform.
Fans flooded the comments to express excitement about hearing distinct regional Boston accents on the show and voiced a preference for returning to English-language content following international versions like “Love Is Blind: Poland.” Verified corporate accounts also joined the conversation, with e.l.f. Cosmetics commenting that they are “here for the tea.”
Nick and Vanessa Lachey will return as hosts to guide the new group of locals through the blind dating process. As in past seasons, the Bostonians will first mix and mingle from behind a glowing wall. After a series of dates, the participants will choose someone to marry without ever meeting face-to-face.
Over the following weeks, the newly engaged couples will test their bond by moving in together, planning their wedding and finding out if they are truly a match. Couples will then decide on their wedding day if they want to stay together.
“Love Is Blind” originally premiered on Feb. 13, 2020. The Emmy-nominated series concluded its 10th season in March, which followed 32 singles searching for soulmates across Ohio.
