Splatoon Raiders won’t be getting DLC or balance updates, Nintendo confirms

According to the Splatoon Raiders development team, there are no plans for DLC or balance updates for the game.

Previous Splatoon titles have seen extra content added after launch. However, we’ve now learned that Splatoon Raiders is considered complete.

This comesucer Seita Inoue mentioned that Splatoon Raiders was made “with the goal of providing a complete experience as is.” That said, updates will be released if any particular bugs are discovered

“Unlike the main series, which evolves the gameplay through balance adjustments and content additions, Splatoon Raiders is developed with the goal of providing a complete experience as is.

Therefore, we are not planning any DLC or updates that affect game balance. However, if a critical bug is found, we will address it as needed.”
