So, do it bravely.”The veteran, who revealed that he had tried and failed to get MS to sing a song in his 2000 film Hey Ram, also predicted the film will be a turning point in Anirudh’s career. “Just as Arangetram (1973) was a turning point in Balachander sir’s life, and Sankarabharanam (1980) changed K Viswanath avargal’s trajectory, Anirudh’s musical trajectory is going to change with this film,” he said.
