There are so many different places to watch TV now — too many places, perhaps — that deciding what to watch can feel like overload. It’s not always just a matter of picking something you like and watching it anymore. You gotta figure out where the show comes from and whether it’s on a streaming service you already have, and if it’s not, you have to sign up for an account and remember to cancel it when you finish the show you want to watch, and so on. It’s just a lot. But hey, let’s not forget that the broadcast networks — ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, and The CW — are still making new shows, and can be much cheaper and more accessible than cable and streaming.
