    • Japanese adult film star Hana Kuraki was reportedly found dead in a Tokyo apartment last Saturday, but there has been no official confirmation of her death or cause from authorities or her agency.
    • Conflicting reports have emerged on social media about Kuraki’s death, with rumors of suicide circulating, but no concrete details have been confirmed by official sources.
    • Kuraki, a popular adult film actress and model, had announced a hiatus in June 2026 due to injuries from a traffic accident, and her sudden death has sparked shock and speculation among fans and followers.

There were numerous reports circulating over the weekend about the death of the Japanese adult film star Hana Kuraki on social media platforms, but there have yet to be any statements from the authorities and her agency regarding her death

Kuraki, 25, was found in a Tokyo apartment connected to a famous host from the Kabukicho area last Saturday, the publication said. There were reports circulating on X (formerly Twitter) about her suicide, but there has yet to be any official confirmation about it.

According to Sina News, the rumors began on September 12 on a social media account that shares unverified entertainment news.

As of Sunday, there was still no confirmation whether Kuraki passed away, how she died, or where she was found a Japanese news outlet

A lengthy post on X from Sakito, the owner of a host club in the Kabukicho area who claims he went to the scene, refutes earlier posts claiming he was the first to discover Kuraki. Sakito says it was one of her friends who found her dead and called him, and then he went to the apartment and helped manage the situation along with the responding officers and detectives

He claims he spoke with the man renting the apartment and learned he has an appointment and will arrive in two hours

At the same time, Sakito posted his condolences on X and asked everyone to stop spreading rumors and speculation about the incident, hoping no more harm will be done to Hana and her loved ones because of false information, and that the most important thing is to consider her family and friends. Sakito also said Kuraki had shared problems in her personal relationship with him.

According to Coki, Kuraki was born on August 7, 2001, in Kanagawa Prefecture. She trained in beauty and became an assistant in hair and makeup; on May 28, 2024, she became an exclusive model for the S1 label. In September 2024, her first photobook, “Flower,” was published, and in November of the same year, she starred in the best-selling title in a weekly FANZA sales ranking. She appeared on Japanese television and the ABEMA streaming service and was going to take part in an adult industry expo in Taiwan in 2026. Her X account has more than 100,000 followers.

In June 2026, she announced her sudden hiatus because of her facial and jaw injuries caused by a traffic accident

Further claims regarding Kuraki’s personal relationships and things that happened before her death have been made, according to Sing Tao Daily. They say the information comes from social media accounts, not official sources. All those rumors, including allegations of violence against a certain person, have been posted anonymously and have yet to be confirmed officially or by the court. Accounts about who discovered her dead body and under what circumstances have been conflicting and even changed from their original versions.

The fans were shocked and left messages such as “I don’t want to believe it” and “Please be alive.”
