“Entourage” star Debi Mazar is opening up about what she described as a difficult experience on the set of the hit show.

The actress, who played no-nonsense publicist Shauna Roberts throughout the HBO show’s eight-season run, reflected on her experience in a recent interview with The Sunday Times, calling the first season a “joy-fest” before saying the atmosphere shifted.

“In the third season, the set was a testosterone-fueled environment,” Mazar told the outlet. “I’m tough, but it got toxic towards the end for me.”

Mazar, 62, said she returned to work after welcoming her second daughter and felt judged over her appearance.

“They didn’t like that I got fat, even though I got skinny again,” she said.

The “Goodfellas” star said the situation was complicated in part because she has never been one to keep quiet about how she feels. Still, Mazar stressed that she remained professional and was grateful for her time on the series.

“It was a lot of fun, until it wasn’t,” she said.

Fox News Digital reached out to HBO for comment.

“Entourage,” which followed the highs and pitfalls of a rising actor navigating Hollywood with his childhood friends, ran on HBO from 2004 to 2011. Mazar reprised her role as Shauna in the 2015 movie based on the series.

Mazar is among several stars who have recently opened up about their “toxic” experiences on Hollywood sets.

Earlier this year, Rose McGowan said Hollywood executives openly obsessed over her fluctuating weight during her stint on “Charmed” in the early 2000s.

Rose McGowan previously opened up about what she experienced on the “Charmed” set

During an appearance on the “We Need to Talk” podcast, McGowan — who joined the cast in 2001 — recalled how show executives would often mull over her weight gain or loss.

“They would circle around me to check my weight when I came back from season to season,” she said, referencing show producers. “I think it was just really inspecting their product.”

“There was no chill with it. It was completely fine to be that way,” she added. “Now they have to kind of pay lip service to being different.”

Danielle Fishel — who famously portrayed Topanga Lawrence in the beloved ’90s series “Boy Meets World” — has been open about facing significant body-image struggles during the height of the show’s success.

“I was aware, even if nobody said it to me directly… that as far as the people in power were concerned, my body was a problem,” Fishel, 44, said in an April interview with Us Weekly. “I remember around the time of [1998’s] prom episode being aware that they didn’t want me wearing something sleeveless.”

Toward the end of the series, Fishel felt she was “no longer attractive” because she had put on weight.

“I just so did not want to be there; I was uncomfortable on set every day,” she said. “There was this feeling that I was no longer attractive, because I had gained weight. I just wanted to be anywhere other than on set. I was probably a curmudgeon.”

During the show’s last season, Fishel’s weight gain was addressed in an episode titled, “She’s Having My Baby Back Ribs.” In the episode, Topanga pretends to be pregnant as she struggles with body insecurities.

Looking back, Fishel said those feelings of inadequacy almost ended her on-camera career after the series.

“I feel some cognitive dissonance because I’m aware that what my eyes are seeing doesn’t match up with the way I feel watching,” she told the outlet. “It just doesn’t feel good. The season 7 episodes are tainted with the feeling of incredible insecurity and fear of being on camera, which was hard for me to shake and probably why I didn’t really want to go forward with a career on camera.”

“I wouldn’t say or do [anything] differently other than be more accepting and loving of myself,” she added.
