Dynamic crowdfunding platform ZOOP will debut at San Diego Comic-Con 2024.
ZOOP is a creator-owned crowdfunding platform that is an all-in-one booking, production, fulfillment and marketing platform perfect for comic book creators looking to complete their independent campaigns. The company has launched a series of successful standalone comics and graphic novels over the past year, including BLOODBORN, MAKE HER EVIL, and COMICS are dying: THE COMIC (which was revived at SDCC opening/returning) as exclusive).
The event kicks off Saturday from 1-3pm PST at the Marriott Hotel’s Pacific Ballroom 21, where the team will host their first gaming demo deck building card game hack/slash. This deck builder for 1-6 players will recreate some of the best moments from the long-running horror comic series, all for a fun cooperative game.
Afterwards, Zoop will host a show called Crowdfund comics through Zoop! Saturday, July 27, 2024 from 5:30 to 6:30, Room 7AB. Eisner nominees also take the stage with the Zoop team Tim Seeley (Locals, Mach/Slash) and Artist Camila D’Errico (popular comic), and a major mystery surprise guest. Of course, the co-founders of ZOOP will also be in attendance Jordan Plosky and Eric Moss.
It should also be noted that members of the media are welcome to attend both events, and the Zoop team is available for interviews, comments, or questions about the game, the platform, and crowdfunding overall.
