Comics Business News used to be a few weeks full of people, and although we covered some of them in ComicsPro live stream, there is some news, some old news and a few other stuff here…that’s why they call it a roundup.

    Z2 Direct RO Retailer

    Z2 announces direct-to-retail plan

Z2 has released many music-related titles and collections that will now be shipped directly to retailers. Their books will continue to be delivered through distribution partnerships with Lunar’s Direct Market and Simon & Schuster’s BookStores. However, the new plan will be the only way for retailers to order the Z2’s action characters, vinyl albums and oversized luxury editions.

Through Z2’s D2R program, retailers will be able to order Z2 graphic novels directly from publishers at a 50% wholesale price and order orders directly from Z2’s warehouse and fulfillment centers in Colorado.

Given the motivation behind Z2’s new plan, Thomas Dreux, Vice President of New Operations and Business Development at Z2, said: “Having a comic shop is more challenging than ever, and Z2 can help here. We are excited to support your local comic shop with Z2’s new D2R wholesale program, where retailers will receive a lot of discounts and receive limited edition luxury items that aren’t available anywhere else.”

    Retailers can register here.

Image Announced Winter Picture Selected Retailer award

And some good news: Four color fantasies in Winchester, Virginia were selected as winners of the latest picture selection retailer award. The award is based on customer nominations to recognize “members of the Comic Direct Market retail community that is moving beyond and beyond customer service, expanding readership and developing healthier markets.”

A customer gave an example of the store worth it:

A customer of Kate reveled: “After the family died, I went there and asked two people to work hard to find my book, which would make me “ugly cry”. They were tripping themselves, competing, trying to find their favorite coffee table. I ended up with the Kingdom of God and the Murder of the Falcon. Both managed to cry.”

As the winner, you will get four color fantasies:

    • Commemorative medals are proudly displayed
    • Spotlight Q&A on Imagic Comics’ social media platform and website
    • The store’s exclusive Gold Foil selection is branded as Image Select Retailer Award winner and comes with the store logo (limited to 250 copies).

DC Universe has infinitely added super layer; absolutely gone

This is a busy week in digital comics news. Dark Horse Numbers Close; Sweet Shop Announces its First Publisher. DC Infinite has announced a new membership: DC Universe Infinite Ultra, which is even more unlimited. DC Universe Infinite offers a large DC Comic Library for $7.99 per month, available 6 months after comics are printed. The even Moar Ultra Tier is $12.99 per month and offers an extended catalog of Vertigo, Black Label and Collected Edition, with digital versions available one month after release. Submarines are offered annually for $119.99. I obviously have a free layer.

In addition, DC also added the absolute Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman to its DC GO vertical scrolling network platform. The first issue of all three titles will be read for free.

Marvel insider ends Marvel insider ends

    Marvel ends Marvel’s Insider Plan

But with one level opening and another closing, Marvel ended its Marvel Insider program, which offers points to redeemed for free stuff for comics and games. The platform uses a gaming system that provides you with points to engage, so you will get points to read comics or watch ads on their website. Members of the program pissed on Reddit, and one of them claimed to have collected over 500,000 points of points…nowhere to spend.

The plan began in 2016, but ended after Disney recently closed its Disney movie Insider program, so it seems like a big corporate turnaround. Marvel promises to “explore other ways to celebrate our loyal fans.”

The plan will be held on March 3, 2025, at 11:59 ET. The last day and time of redemption of the reward will be May 27, 2025, 11:59 ET. this The customer support team will remain available until June 4, 2025 at 6:30 pm.

However, in another letter, it is emphasized that you can still redeemed digital comic codes through the Marvel Unlimited app.

    Marvel Infinity Marvel Infinity
