It’s called “The Joker (Batman Impersonator Edition)” and is coming out in a very limited edition from Hot Toys and Sideshow. The character imagined Ledger’s Joker wearing a custom-made Batsuit, very much like the one Sideshow had previously made during development with David Ayer. suicide squad.
