In G.I. Joe , Wreck (voiced by Neil Ross) is a member of Team Joe. His real name was Hector X. Delgado, who grew up near the San Diego Naval Shipyard and joined the Navy at age 16. Now serving on Team Joe, his motto is “see the target, shoot the target.” His design is said to be inspired by Jack Nicholson’s character in “The Last Detail.”
