Wow! Stuff has promoted Kaya Leadsford to global head of sales, six months after hiring Leadsford as senior UK national account manager.

She’s in wow! Leadsford has designed and led strategic growth with key accounts and established long-term retailer partnerships. Leadsford, who has nearly 19 years of industry experience, will support Wow! Stuff’s business growth and brand division development, including the newly created Puppetronics category and its Real FX brand.
“Kaya has a strong reputation in the toy and licensing industries and we have some exciting products lined up for the year ahead, which Kaya will be responsible for being the first to market alongside her team,” said managing director Dawn Lavalette. “Kaya has a proven track record of driving customer growth, building great partnerships, and her cohesive approach with marketing and product development teams makes her ideally suited to lead and manage international sales teams.”
