world of warcraft civil war It brings a number of new features to the game, including a new talent system that gives us more passive and customization options. Starting at level 71, you will have access to the latest talent trees to further enhance your character.
Let’s take a look at what hero talents are available, how they work, and some of the cool stuff they bring to your character.
Hero Talent Overview
Each new hero talent tree has a total of 11 points, but you must first select the feat to which you want to add talent points, just like selecting your primary feat. One of the cool features introduced with the Hero Talent Tree is for Hunters, which introduces the Dark Ranger Hero Talent Tree, allowing us to live out our wildest Sylvanas Warwalker fantasies.

The number of hero talent specs available to choose from depends on the class you’re playing. For example, Demon Hunters can only choose from Aldrazi Reaver and Felwounded, while Druids can choose from Druid of the Claw, Chosen of Elune, Guardian of the Grove, and Wild Stalker.
That being said, most classes have two trees to choose from, just like their main major. It’s also worth noting that these hero talent trees only work with certain specs. Let’s take the druid example again: Feral druids and restoration druids can choose the Wild Stalker hero talent tree, while balance druids and guardian druids can use the Elune Chosen tree. It all depends on your current primary profession, so you won’t have access to all four hero trees as a Restoration Druid.

Each hero talent tree builds on the abilities you currently have in your toolkit, but will also start with a new cornerstone talent, which can be a new ability or build on an ability you already have. The base of this new tree is called the “capstone” talent, which adds power to the “capstone” talent at the top, or mixes all the themes in the tree to create a cohesive build.
Each of these new talents builds on the other, and one key difference between this tree and your main talent tree is that they all unlock once you reach level 80, so there’s no need to Pick what you think is more important in the process.
So get in there and start spending points in your hero talent tree to get the most out of World of Warcraft Civil War.
