You can purchase Miriam’s Vanishing from Count Ymir for 10,000 runes. Count Ymir is found in the Cathedral of Manusmere in Skarduartes.
You can find the Manumel Cathedral east of the village of Bonny, heading north through the forest and then south to the cathedral. Alternatively, if you have previously found the Cathedral of Manus Meir, you can simply fast travel there to speak with Count Ymir and purchase Miriam’s Vanishing.
Please note that if you have completed Count Ymir’s questline and defeated him in battle, you will need to give Ymir’s Bell Bearing to the Twin Maiden’s Body at the Round Table Fortress to obtain this magic.
