Humanity is becoming extinct. A small crew must find a cure on a strange alien planet at all costs.
I love when new sci-fi indie films appear in roundups, and in this case a lot of my attention was focused on Where Time Doesn’t Exist. What caught our attention here at Comics Beat was this cover art. When you dig into the project page, you’ll find there’s much more to the project. It aims to give off a sci-fi horror vibe, and it succeeds in focusing on a small group of people on a very strange planet looking for a cure for a disease of the human species. Even more so while exploring the deep connection between humanity and its place in the universe, we discover value in a universe we can never fully understand. Back this up with some great art and interesting characters, and this is a project you’ll enjoy. Be sure to check it out!

Midnight Mass meets Annihilation in this 40-page cosmic horror one-shot.
I know the ending A must for fans of cosmic horror and some extraordinary storytelling. Groves and Wagner were able to write a story filled with eerie atmosphere and unsettling mystery during the age of space exploration. In addition to some fantastic art by Reese, this project aims to touch on the many aspects of cosmic horror that fans love. That’s perhaps why the campaign has already surpassed its $2,500 goal and has over 100 backers with just over 20 days to go. It’s a must-see and we’d be remiss if we didn’t include it in our comic crowdfunding roundup!
