How to know road conditions during Hurricane Helen

As you may know, the Florida Department of Transportation operates a website called FL511, which aggregates live video sources along Florida’s roads and highways (some of which are often not operational at any given time).

FDOT is also advising motorists to check FL511 for possible alternate routes in the event of road closures, which will almost certainly happen Thursday night and Friday morning.
