- “Walküre FINAL LIVE TOUR 2023~Last Mission~” held from May to June this year has officially announced that Blu-ray and DVD versions will be released soon.
- “Walküre FINAL LIVE TOUR 2023 ~Last Mission~” kicked off at Tokyo Ariake Arena on May 20, and then performed at Osaka Maruzen Intec Arena and Makuhari Messe International Messe Hall 1-3, which is Japan First-ever six-show arena tour. The competition for tickets to the finals is fierce, and many fans are eagerly awaiting the release of the film.
- Capturing the excitement and enthusiasm of live venues, the product will be released in five different formats.
- The limited edition “Mission Complete Edition” is only available on Blu-ray and includes approximately 10 hours of footage, including performances from Tokyo Ariake Arena Day 1 and Makuhari Messe Day 6, Tokyo Ariake Arena Day 2 and Makuhari Messe Encore clips from Day 5 of the Pavilion, as well as an in-depth documentary offering an in-depth look at all six performances. Additionally, it comes in a special collector’s box and comes with a 68-page deluxe photo album.
- The Standard Edition will be available in four different formats, each containing Blu-ray and DVD versions of the tour’s opening day and final performances. “At Tokyo Ariake Arena (Day 1)” contains clips of the first day of performances at Tokyo Ariake Arena and backstage documentary clips of the two shows in Tokyo. “At Makuhari Messe Messe (Day 6)” also includes performance clips from Day 6 at Makuhari Messe Messe Halls 1-3, as well as backstage documentary materials from the two performances at Makuhari Messe. All Blu-ray versions offer dual sound modes with 5.1-channel surround sound and 2-channel stereo sound to faithfully reproduce the overwhelming energy of a huge stage. (Please note that DVDs and documentaries are only available in 2-channel stereo.)
- The cover uses original illustrations drawn by “Macross Δ” character designer Chisato Mita (CAPCOM). This striking illustration depicts Valkyrie members in pristine white live costumes, evoking the theme of “departure.” Don’t forget to pre-order your copy!
