While the show Fallout may not be the awards show you were expecting, it has actually won a few Emmys.
Not many people doubted it, but the Ashes show has now officially received critical acclaim, at least if winning an award from the long-running awards body is the deciding factor. Last night was the 76th annual Emmy Awards, and a slew of awards went mainly to Shogun (who won a record-breaking 14 awards in total). But the wildly popular Shogun wasn’t the only show to win, it couldn’t win them all after all, and everyone’s favorite video game adaptation of the year (it’ll never be you, the Borderlands movie) , they won two of the awards!

The first is a category you might not even realize is Outstanding Music Supervision, which is awarded to the very specific role of Music Supervisor, who is responsible for picking any licensed music used in the show. Didn’t know a character like this existed, but hey, there are some great choices in the Fallout show, so kudos to that!
