Two Points Studios has announced the third game in its successful simulation series. This time around, wannabe managers will be in charge of running the museum on Xbox Series S/X, PC and PS5.
“Send experts on expeditions, decorate dinosaur skeletons and discover stunning artifacts in this exciting and innovative management sim from the creators of Two Point Hospital and Two Point Campus,” the official press release stated.
According to the press release and trailer, Two Point Museum appears to be consistent in gameplay with the first two games. You’ll be able to select exhibits to display, arrange tours for guests, hire staff, and attend to all your guests’ basic needs – ie. Toilets, cleanliness and food.
The game’s official Steam page (which you can also wishlist) offers some additional snippets of information: “If taking care of your carnivorous Chomper isn’t enough, you also need to watch out for nosy thieves. Thieves, especially children, often Exhibits will be touched and cleaned, so make sure there are adequate safety measures in place to protect your precious collection!
Of course, since it’s from the same team that developed the classic themed hospital, there’s plenty of comedy in the mix. At one point, the trailer shows off a Stone Age computer, estimated to be at least three years old. It might still be able to run Doom, though.
I’m a huge fan of Two Point Hospital and Two Point Campus, so I’m super excited to see the series return and do well. However, I do have some concerns about whether the developers can add enough wrinkles to keep the third game feeling fresh.
