Transformers One The opening weekend box office performance wasn’t quite where Paramount Pictures had hoped. The film took in $25 million domestically and was expected to open at $35 million, so it was a pretty big hit.
So, what happened? Why don’t people go to the cinema to watch movies? Well, from my perspective, the marketing and trailers didn’t sell the movie very well, people just weren’t excited to watch it.
I wasn’t interested in this movie at first, but after watching the full movie, I loved it! This movie actually ended up being a great movie that told a powerful story! It’s funny, because after I saw the movie, a new trailer was released, and I told my friends, “I know this movie is good because I’ve seen it, but this trailer makes me not want to watch it.” “
Some of the issues I see people talking about include the comedic tone, the character’s new and different personality, the cartoonish design, and the fact that Peter Cullen is obviously not playing Optimus Prime. However, there are also some things in marketing that can be intimidating.
The marketing should be more geared towards the bad stuff of Transformers rather than this new and different comedic tone, which has never been a Transformers thing. After seeing the movie, I understand what they were trying to do, but it didn’t translate well to marketing.
So no matter how good the reviews were, people were going to watch the trailer and say, “No, thank you.” Even though I told some of my friends how funny and awesome the movie was, they still had no desire to go out and see it.
They just can’t get past what all the marketing is showing. This is really funny, but I get it! I’m in the same boat.
I still think the Transformers franchise still has life, and so does this special forces as well as. But the executives and producers at these Paramount Pictures brands really need to understand their core audience, because they clearly don’t.
The film tells the “origin story of how the most iconic characters in the Transformers universe, Orion Pax and D-16, went from comrades to sworn enemies, Optimus Prime and Megatron.”
movie star Chris Hemsworth As Orion Parkes/Optimus Prime, Brian Tyree Henry As D-16/Megatron, Scarlett Johansson as Elita-1, and Keegan-Michael Key As a B-127/Hornet.
