Dynamite and Hasbro are teaming up for a massive Kickstarter campaign to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the iconic Transformers franchise. The event gives fans the chance to get a new, high-quality set of trading cards, and this special edition marks a milestone for Transformers!

Kickstarter will showcase a variety of products for fans of all fan bases and budgets, including two trading card series that embody the iconic “first generation” vision of the Transformers characters since their debut in 1984. Familiar faces like Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Megatron, Starscream, Ironhide, and Soundwave can be found on these cards, along with many other faces from the Autobot and Decepticon factions. Ultra-rare extra items that may only be available through Kickstarter will also be available to fans looking for the ultimate Holy Grail for their collections.
