This week’s draft picks to buy top comics on February 12 illustrate what happens directly on the market from time to time. If you will notice, in my suggestion section, I chose Honeycomb #1 As a favorite…and then further in the new #1S section, we also have Bug Wars #1. One week, two creators have a comic title that has something to do with mistakes. All this in a few weeks Kill the train #1 and Bloodstain #1 Hit the same day.
It’s important to be clear that all of these books are very different once you start reading them… But when they are titled and sold, there must be something that makes the people involved land on similar pages. This is not the first time (or two), nor will it be the last. It’s a little fun when things are lined up. But that’s obviously not all that came out this week, so I have a full list of suggestions and posts below… Enjoy!
Buy Top Comics from February 12, 2025
Absolute Batman #5
writer: Scott Snyder
artist: Nick Dragotta
Colorist: Frank Martin
letter: Clayton Cowles
Publisher: DC Comics
With the lives of his friends, will be broken, beaten and finally defeated Bruce Wayne and give up himself and his morals to the black mask? Or is he more helpful than himself? What does this have to do with Mayor James Gordon and his relationship with young Bruce Wayne?
Why it’s cool: In this penultimate period Absolute Batman The first arc, artist Nick Dragotta (colored by Frank Martin) continues to offer amazing pages after amazing pages, after the amazing pages . This is one of the best and most dynamic superhero comics that have been seen in years and I love it.
price: $4.99
Batman: Dark Pattern #3
writer: and Walt
artist: Hayden Sherman
Colorist: Triona Farrell
letter: Frank Cvetkovic
Publisher: DC Comics
We’re hurt – Part Two Batman is now in the darkness because of the accumulated destruction and suffering in the roots of the weird terror reign of the wounded man. Can the Dark Knight end it all before the twisted killer takes another life? Don’t miss the end of our injury!
Why it’s cool: Now, for another visually stunning Batman, Batman: Dark Pattern #3performed by Triona Farrell’s colored Hayden Sherman (the first of the first of the first of the two titles I recommend). if Absolutely Batman It’s a strong fist of a comic, it’s a slow-thorn, disturbing late-night detective storytelling. But bringing them together (Batman) is a must-read for both of them.
price: $4.99
Death of Copra #2
cartoonist: Michel Fiffe
Publisher: Image comics
Things are collapsing, secrets are revealing, and competition is boiling. How does Copra deal with all this? A secret addict from recovery, standing in hell for one night, and a broken bone. In other words: grand. A stiff and split upper lip around it!
Why it’s cool: If you’re going to kill/end a long-running black superhero comic series, you’re going to deal with apocalypse that makes the characters shake their core – that’s what we get on this issue. and, glue Just in the comic landscape that is packed with books-like comic landscapes, it feels like such a singular view of such a carefully crafted. I like it.
price: $3.99
Honeycomb #1
writer: AJ Lieberman
artist: Mike Henderson
Colorist/Letter: inaki subty
Publisher: Image comics
gender. Violence. and bees. Welcome to the hive.
Why it’s cool: Welp. You listen well when a book tells you what it means. Of course, this is the case and preview copy (see above). gender. Violence. and bees. That’s what to sell here, but it’s also attracted by one of my favorite comic artists, Mike Henderson (in Azpiazu Colors) nail arrive Forged arrive Cable: Love and Chrome (The second issue published this week). I really don’t know what’s going on in this book, but it’s evocative, this is a golden age vertigo comic from the late 90s, which makes you feel like you shouldn’t have read as a teenager. If you prefer this, choose this.
price: $3.99
Go to Part 2 #1
writer: Zach Thompson
artist: Hayden Sherman
letter: Jim Campbell
Publisher: Dark Horse Comics
Their expedition thought they were walking into a cover cave in a storm, but in fact they entered something far beyond their understanding. As they deepen, more horrors were discovered, revealing the fact that they were far from the first scientist to be lost in their huge bodies.
Why it’s cool: This book Do Ranked number one on its title, which is actually the first issue of the second level track – and that’s the best question for the series. In this issue, the book (already a visual shocker from the beginning) goes beyond some obvious inspiration to become strangers, darkness and something more appealing. I’ve been hooked on this series, but after this week’s chapter, now I can’t wait to see how it ends.
price: $3.99
