James Zahn
James Zahn, also known as the Rock Father, is the editor-in-chief of Toy Books and is the co-chair of the International Toy Magazine Association (ITMA). He is also the senior editor of Toy Insider and Pop Music Insider and the editor of Toy Book’s weekly industry newsletter. As an expert in the pop culture and toy industry, Zahn has served as a panelist and guest at events including Comic-Con International: San Diego (SDCC), Comic Con in New York, Wizard World Chicago and Astra Marketplace & Academy. Zahn has over 30 years of experience in the entertainment, retail and publishing industry and is often asked to provide expert commentary for publications such as Forbes, MarketWatch, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, USA Today, Reuters, Washington Post, and more. James appeared on the Modern Miracle of History Channel, interviewed by Larry King and Anderson Cooper and saw it on Yahoo! Finance, CNN, CNBC, Fox Business, NBC, ABC, CBS, WGN, CW, etc. Zahn started as a member of the Parent Advisory Board after he joined Adventure Media & Events Family in 2016, initially working as a member of the Parent Advisory Board after writing articles for Netflix Stream Team, Fandango Family, PBS Kids, Sprout Presshent (now Universal Children), Popsugar and Chicago Parent of Netflix Stream Team, Fandango Family, PBS Kids, Sprout Kids, Sprout Kids, Sprout Kids, Sprout Kids, and Chicago Parent. Eventually, he joined the company full time as a senior editor and promoted his position to associate editor and editor-in-chief.
